Issue with Tab Layout Implementation in Pega8

Hi Team

I found that while implementing Tab group layout in a section in Pega 8 the option Tab Group [Active Tab is a Dynamic Layout (Default)] this option is missing in Layouts. Instead of this a new Tab layout has arrived called Layout Group-Tab. But it does not make the tab Look and feel same as before. I even tried to copy one which was previously built in Pega7, but while modifying the copied version, it is giving me the same result that of Layout Group-Tab. Please let me know how to be back to the previous look and feel that used to be provided by Tab Group[Active Tab is a Dynamic Layout (Default)].

Hi ,

Tab group layout is deprecated and it is removed from Pega 8 Layout design . Layout group is the alternative for that .

However if tab group is necessary  ,you can save as the rules pzShowCaseHierarchyTabs / pzStudioContainerTabs  in your application ruleset.

These rules contain Tab group layouts , you can modify them as per requirement.
