Issue with RPA Configuration due to IE Proxy settings

Hi,

We are facing a issue with RPA configuration on PEGA url from within Company network.

The VM configuration is not successful since we are accessing PEGA url with proxy on and also getting related exceptions in log file.

However, From outside Company network(Home network), with no proxy defined, it works fine.

We have tried to change the proxy settings in studio itself but that option does not worked out.

Please let me know if there is any workaround implemented to fix this issue.

Have you entered the proxy address in the Robot Manager key on your common config?  Here is a link to help that explains the settings in that config file.
