Issue with Registering mail id

I have registered  to pega academy with my personal email address, and added my company email id to my profile. But, I want register with my company email id while I am trying to do this, its showing as it already exists. Can you please help me with this.

If its showing that it exists, that means you've already created a profile with your company email ID. You need login with your company email ID and merge the 2 accounts this wizard:
