Issue in localizing values in dropdown control when readonly
How to localize the value for a dropdown control when its configured as readonly.
I have a repeating grid which can be edited on click and has a dropdown which is populated with a set of field values.
When the row is editable the below text is displayed
When the row is read only the fieldvalue turns back to english text.
Am i missing any configurations here?

Have you created a field value ( pyCaption ) for this ? I quickly created a sample test case and found it is working at my end !

Actually the pyCaption works for a text input control when the read only value is set to display localized value.
For dropdown it did not work out.

not sure from where the dropdown list is built but still...
- could we please try either of these OOTB controls and share the observations.
- pzFieldValueDisplay
- PromptFieldValue
