pxDateTime ReadOnly localization

I need that would be property of the property  type DateTime the  the date and time in the format dd.mm.yyyy hh:mm.
Put control pxDateTime.
In Editable mode displays in the format of dd.mm.yyyy h:mm (5 March 2015 = 05.03.2015 9:25).
In ReadOnly mode displays in the format d/m/yyyy h:mm PM (5/3/2015 3:25 PM)

How to achieve the desired result?

Hi,

Assuming that you are using 7.1.6.

Please go to the cell properties and change the control to Date Time. Then go to the Presentation tab you would be able to see editable Settings and Read Only format options.
