Issue in automating addition and deletion of elements in an application through Pega

Hi,

I am facing an issue in automating an application. I have explained it in the document attached.

If this is a .Net application you can write your own translator to work with this custom control. If it is not .Net, then you will need to request a translator via your Pega Contact and via support. All of your issues seem to be related to this custom control, so you'll likely need a custom-coded solution rather than any suggestions we might be able to offer here.
