Issue with AddressMap control in SAE 8 Solution Build US-115 with Personal Edition

Hello, 

Has anyone completed US-115 in the SAE 8 Solution Build in the Pega Personal Edition 8.1?

I added a pxAddressMap control associated with the Pickup location property.  After entering a google API key in the PRPC Dynamic Setting, I am getting an error upon loading the page. 

I followed the steps in the following resource: https://community.pega.com/knowledgebase/articles/user-interface/using-address-map-control

Does anyone know what is causing this error?

I initially didn't set up the billing information in the Google Cloud Platform.  I set it up and it resolved the issue.
