Interrogation Tool not Loading But Web Page is opened

I have added a universal web application to my project. I set the browser to Chrome and I have set the home page. When I click the interrogation tool, Chrome opens, my home page is displayed but the interrogation bull's eye tool never loads so that I can actually do the interrogation. Eventually, the grayed out bull's eye on the software turns green again and I click it again and then get a registration error. What could be causing the tool to not load ?

I have tried the following step:

running the command :  "C:\Program Files (x86)\OpenSpan\OpenSpan Studio for Microsoft Visual Studio 2015\OpenSpan.WebExtensionInstaller.exe" Chrome

Still the issue persists.

Also, please find the version details below:  

Pega Robotics Studio Version 14.0.25420.1 D14REL Microsoft .NET Framework Version 4.8.04084

Installed Version: Express

Pega Robotics Studio   8.0.2006.0

 

Chrome: Version 108.0.5359.125 (Official Build) (32-bit)  

Pega Robotic Automation for Browsers: 1.0.85

@SiddharthaB2916 We no longer support Pega Robotics 8.0.2006. That build was released in August of 2018 and is likely too far out-of-date to work with any Chrome updates that have been released since then. You could try downgrading your Chrome version to one available in August 2018 if you are choosing to stick with such an old version of our product. You will need to upgrade to at least Pega Robotics 19.1 to receive support. I suspect using the latest 19.1 or ideally 22.1 with the Pega Browser Extension will resolve your issue.

Hi @SiddharthaB2916, 

Could you please check whether you have added the extensions while you are installing the RPA studio. If you have enabled the extensions you will be able to view it on the top right corner when you open the google chrome. 

If it is not there in the extensions I request you to re-install it by checking all the check boxes like chrome, mozilla firefox and Edge.
