Interrogate Java AWT application failed
Now I am working on a project to automate Java AWT application, but I cannot create controls when I drag bullseye to the specific target control. The only control that can be created is at class of SunAwtCanvas. I have checked many threads on forums, some of them said that java controls tab will be displayed after start interrogate and system detect a java application is started. But in my case, neither java control tabs or virtual controls tab display. And I've set GDI and java debugger enabled in openspan.ini. Nothing happened, interrogation still works as usal. I could really use some help and a demo related to java application interrogation will be the best.
Here is my setting to Windows application adapter:

other settings are set to either empty or defalut value
Application behavior: Java application can start after I clicked start interrogate. But If you try to type in any value, application will exit and so does interrogation.

Do you have access to use ProcessExplorer? I would be interested in seeing the DLLs injected into the process when you've started interrogation. That would tell me if we are injected and there is something else going on. If you do not see OpenSpan.Scout.dlls or any of the Java translators, then we may simply be injecting into the wrong process. I wonder if there are parallel Java Processes that get launched when the application starts.
I suspect that this is an issue that might require some investigation with your specific application. You likely will need to elicit some support from our Global Customer Support (GCS) team by opening a support case.

Neither OpenSpan.Scout.dll nor java translator initialized after I've started interrogation. And there is only one javaw.exe process running at the same time.
And I will include screenshot of the result of processExplorer here.

Without scout, it means Pega Robotics is not injecting into the process. I would check to see if the process is running before you start interrogation. Perhaps your application is being re-parented under an existing process. That would certainly prevent Pega Robotics from being able to inject into it.

It actually has two ways to start the process, one is that it has an application management main menu that I can start target process from it or like what I do that start java application by using arguments and javaw command.

There's no way for me to help you other than via this forum. Can you identify in your process Explorer screenshot which process your application is?
