Interaction history table in pega marketing

Hi,
I'm new to Pega marketing, please bear with me for the basic questions.
How the Interaction history is storing in pega marketing and can we look at the interaction history table in pega, if yes How?

The simple answer is yes. You need to first understand DSM first (your question is actually DSM related, not Pega Marketing). The normal path of learning is to take PegaAcademy courses of DSM (Essentials and then Advanced) and the PM (Essentials and then Advanced). You can also download a VM from PegaAcademy to learn the system along the way. See the attached screenshot for the interaction history related tables (under data schema).

Hi Kevin,

Thank you for your simple and useful answer.

I will start DSM course as you suggested. I have completed the Pega Marketing course (CPMC). Please suggest if any other courses that I need to go through for this kind of information.

is "Interaction History" present only in pega marketing/DSM as you said or in any other framework also?
