Integrating with Hadoop from Websphere App server

Hi All,

Did anyone integrated with Hadoop and get the data flow between Pega and Hadoop.

We are using websphere application server, did anyone connected successfully.

Hi Anandh,

Pega Platform provides access to data that is stored on an external Apache Hadoop cluster. You can read and write data from either an Apache HBase big data store or Hadoop Distributed File System (HDFS) by using the appropriate data sets.

Hi Sandeep,

We have gone through those steps, couldnt able to connect from Websphere application server. If we are running Pega with Websphere servers.

Thanks for reverting. Could you let us know what error are you getting while connecting.

Please verify whether you have included the dependent jars to support the connection. Refer to below Article for the jars dependedncied tocreate a connection

Incase if you are trying to make use of HDFS or HBase configuration are you able to perform test connectivity.
