We have a business requirement to implement a solution that allows uploading documents and attach each uploaded file to a row of a grid. The source of this grid is a data page. The grid contains a couple of columns that refer fields in the data type. I've added two columns: the first one contains a link to upload the document and the second one contains a link to download the attached document in the same row.

With this solution, I can attach a document in the first row of the grid. But when I add rows and upload other files, all information entered in the previous rows are lost and the download link of each row can only download the last attachment uploaded.

Do you have any solution to this issue?
