Inner Technology of Pega Robotics.
Hi All,
I am more curious about the technology/Framework used by Pega Robotics for automating the windows applications, so far i have seen some of the windows applications UI elements are not being interrogated by pega robotics, one of the example is Microdoft Dynamics GP, we had troubles in interrogating the elements from this windows application.
To my knowledge i know that we have a .Net framework UIA2/UIA3 for windows UI automations, does Pega Robotics uses them or not, if not what is the thing used by Pega Robotics?
why i am curious is that if we come across these issues, we will try to write our own customised scripts by following the best practices and we will also learn that technology/Framework to implement the customizations.

I would also suggest looking at the the UI Connector. This could be helpful to write your own methods if your application meets the requirements. Additionally, you can contact the Support Team opening an SR with information about the application you are trying to interrogate.
