Initially set to default and Dynamically setting credentials and Storing them until they are Changed
Hi
I have a requirement that the the users will change the password every 60 days. i used a global dictionary to store the initial value and when he changes his password it should be updated in global dictionary property so this will not stop his automation . i tried this by creating a windows form and when he clicks change password the password will be changed and works well with the flow but when the user closes the project and opens again the password is again set to initial not the updated one

Hi,
Global Dictionary values are reset when you restart Runtime (unless you specifically set them). It is not recommended way to store credentials.
Please take a look on AsoManager component which is designated for this purpose (for RDA) or Credentials Store (for RPA). AsoManager provides built-in form for entering and changing credentials and stores them encrypted with DPAPI: http://help.openspan.com/80/Innovations/Assisted_Sign-On_Component.htm

Thanks for your reply but the requirement is that he doesn't want to log in manually thought all days . he would be changing password once in 60 or 90 days
at that time he has to change once and the automation runs normally till he push the button update password

You're requirement isn't very clear. Are you referring to the Windows credentials or credentials for an application? These are handled very differently.
As Konstantin mentioned, the ASOManager can be used to store credentials for applications. You can use the methods available to save your credentials when they change.
If you are referring to Windows credentials, you will need to investigate the RPA Scheduling Service. Documentation may be found here.

These are the Credentials for a website. When he clicks on a button the automation starts login to his account and do some work.
he will change the password every 60 days . so whenever he changes the password we should update it in automation ( Only once) and the automation should work as normal like just click a button automation should login and do task till he press a button on the ui screen like update password or change password .
