I went through the pega credential store documentation and i have some doubts, can someone help me out?

1. How to update the credentials once stored in credential store ?

For example i entered my user id and password in credential store after few months my password expired so i changed it manually . So how will i update that change?

2. In my project i use some data's from which i have entered in credential store in my local system at the time of development. So will it effect the project if i try to run the project from different machine since my data's in credential store are encrypted and stored locally?

3. Is there any demo video or tutorial available for credential store other than the documentation so that i can go through it?

4. Is there any alternative for credential store other than assisted sign on which performs similar function as credential store?
