Initializing Import not Started

Hi

Currently we're trying to deploy into Production environment. But upon the importing process, the process is stuck at 0%. We suspect this is a result of a corrupted RAP file, but upon deployment to other environment, we're successfully deploying the product. Can someone please help to take a look at this issue? By the way, sorry for the poor screenshot. Thank you.
