We are trying to install Pega 23.1 on GCP in GKE environment.  Successfully installed Pega-SRS search services.  While installing / deploying Pega helm charts, we get error "Does not have minimum availability" on pega pod.  The logs of the same pod show following error;

"Failed to initialize StreamAPI: attempt 1 from 6. Next retry in 20 seconds".

We have externalized kafka in a separate VM and updated Pega helm charts to point to kafka vm (i.e., bootstrapServer value in helm chart has IP address of VM with port 9092).

I don't seem to get pass through this error despite trying multiple approaches and ideas.  Any help will be greatly appreciated.
