How to initialize the Variables when the Projects get Started.

I am working on the multi project environment, i would like to initialize the variables when the project gets started.

Hello,

Are you talking about global variables inside your automation? If so, you can declare them as the first thing you do after your adapter starts and hooks. Could you provide screenshots of what you are referring to?
