I am working on the multi project environment, i would like to initialize the variables when the project gets starrted.
I am working on the multi project environment, i would like to initialize the variables when the project gets started.
How does the Configuration files helps here, if possible provide me an example.

Are you getting the values for the variables from another project? If so, you will need to have project to project references so that you can get these values with the use of the Interaction Manager, which can be added to a Global container.
If you know what the values are for the variables, you can add variables to a global container and define them so that you can use them on project started event.
