Information about AI Studio

Hello All,

PegaWorld 2017 introduced many buzzwords including "AI Studio". Like many others, I am also interested in knowing more about it.

Here is what is explained in the Keynote:

"AI Studio Capability allows to hook your applications directly into historic data, as well as real time streaming data. It allows optimization towards the outcomes and make predictions.."

Specifically, I would like to understand about the features of "AI Studio", apart from using Strategies and Big Data in Next-Best-Action.

Since I could not find any more information with keyword "AI Studio" here, let me please use #HelpMe this time..

The photo above is just a previous design, the CDH portal and Decision Analytics sub portal is what it looks like and how it is named in the GA'ed product

Hi All,

I downloaded Pega 7.3 update on my machine. It looks great!

However, it appears that AI Studio capability is not shipped by default... "Customer Attrition" might be a separate case type, which is not part of DMSample.. 

 

I will continue looking at other features.. This is just to share my observation, for those who are interested in AI Studio.

Also- Please comment, if you find out that this understanding is incorrect..Thanks.

1. What is AI Studio?

2. What are its features? 

3. how to access it?

4. Is it shipped with Pega 7.3?

I belive the links provided above would help answer most of your question. Did you have a chance to go through them? For example: The reply above states that AI Studio is the Customer Decision Hub, the link to Customer Decision Hub page - this page points out some of the capabilities and links to the Relase Notes which describes all the new features and the Pega Academy Training area for more understanding.

For details on accessing it and obtaining it, we suggest that you talk to your Pega Account Executive who would be able to get this information to you.

OK, Thank you. 

 

I went through the links, but this particular view(AI Studio) could not be seen. For example, in case of Agile Workbench, we can easily access it once we login to Pega 7.3. Using Decision Hub, i could navigate to Decision Analytics Portal. But none seemed to have the 'AI Studio' page. I think will need to keep looking a bit more. Thanks for all the answers and links.
