Need some information about PDC

Please provide the info for PDC.

1) In Daily Performance Metrics:
a. What does Interactions mean?
b. What is this Total Time for?

2) Can you please explain what does this mean ? One or more interactions for activity "pySAMLWebSSOAuthenticationActivity" took an inordinately long time and the alerts for this activity had PAL statistics (OTHERIOCOUNT) whose average value(s) e...
