Implementation Planning Workbook PegaHC 8.1
I am looking for the implementation planning workbook for Pega Foundation for Healthcare 8.1. However I can't locate it on the product page as instructed by the Implementation Guide. Where can I locate the document in question?

I think that you might have found a doc bug.
On this page, https://docs-previous.pega.com/?product=Prd91, in Product Release Documentation, I see Pega Foundation for Healthcare 8.1 Implementation Guide (top of third column), https://docs-previous.pega.com/pega-foundation-healthcare-81-implementation-guide.
In that guide, I find the reference that you suggest:

Another PSC post, https://collaborate.pega.com/question/implementation-planning-workbook, is answered by a Correct post for Pega Customer Service 7.31 and other posts about where to find different versions of the workbook and a circular return to the Pega Customer Service 7.4 product page, where the Implementation Guide is listed but not the Implementation Planning Workbook. And you want the Implementation Planning Workbook for Pega Foundation Healthcare, not Customer Service.
My search of the Pega Community knowledgebase fails to find an Implementation Planning Workbook for Pega Foundation Healthcare 8.1.
