PegaHC Framework - Log file flooding with exception

In production logs, below exception is filing log file. After analysis I found the OOTB Work object on PegaHC framework is being queued to Pega-ProCom:SendCorr Agent is failing to process it. Seems the email address present on the WO is not correct. 

Please advise if any idea what is purpose of this WO and can we delete WO from DB to avoid this exception to re-occur

Hello Ajit,

Generally this kind of error comes when  your default Notify email account or any custom notify email account does not have a valid email address .Can you please check all the email account configured in your application and make sure all having valid from and to mail id .

Hi Pushpalatha,

Thanks for reply. First thing I have verified the email address and account, all is set and proper.

Secondly, my concern is not why it's failing instead I want to knot what is this WO and why it's been added to agent queue. I verified the Pega health care product document but couldn't find this class reference anywhere.
