Icons are missing in IE when logging through Proxy server (HTTPS)
some portal icons (refresh icon, + icon on create etc...)are missing in IE only when logging using reverse proxy (SSO). But when logging with actual pega portal prweb/PRServlet the icons are showing in IE.
Any help on this is appreciated. we are using pega 7.2.1

Are you getting any 404s?
What happens if you inspect the source and retrieve the src location. If you hit the source directly, does it point the image and/or render there?

we are seeing the user portal after entering the credentials, everything is working fine, except icons are missing. But when you place your cursor there, you can see the cursor image changes to hand and it is clickable. but the image is missing. when we inspect the element, it seems some .css files are missing there when compared to the same in chrome.

please verify the 'Font Download' in IE setting in the browser.
This setting should be enabled by default.
