IAC: Redirection appears to be in a loop ERROR

Hi, We are getting the above error while connecting through IAC. Here are the details. Configure IAC and try to connect to Pega application using a load balancer and the error shown on the screen. If we configure the node in the gateway instead of F5 URL, it is working fine. I am wondering any settings have to updated in F5 as well?

I have gone through the PDN article https://community.pega.com/support/support-articles/iac-issue-redirection-appears-be-loop-error and updated the DSS as Pega-Engine prconfig/http/setsecurecookie to false but no luck.

Can someone help me on this?
