Topology which we follow are,
Client -> LoadBalancer_1 -> IAC PRGateway -> LoadBalancer_2 -> PRPC Server (Gadget Host)
Working Case
Client -> LoadBalancer_1 -> IAC PRGateway -> PRPC Server (Gadget Host)
Client -> LoadBalancer_1 -> IAC PRGateway -> LoadBalancer_2 -> PRPC Server (Gadget Host)
**LoadBalancer_2 has only one node in the Load Balancer (Pega Host1)
Non-Working Case
Client -> LoadBalancer_1 -> IAC PRGateway -> LoadBalancer_2 -> PRPC Server (Gadget Host)
**LoadBalancer_2 has more than one node in the Load Balancer (Pega Host1,Pega Host2)
Load Balancer persistence type configured as cookie
Please let us know how can we resolve this issue.

Already Pega GCS has requested you to provide the below details as part of SR-C97457, Could you please re-open the SR along the below inputs handy?
1.When you have more than a node and you still see the issue, Please cross check if session affinity/stickey session cookie persistence is enabled.
2. Also, in case the client ip addresses changes for each request, please contact network team what appropriate configuration needs to be done at network layer for the same.
3. In case you still need further assistance from Pega after the above points, please provide the logs(prgateway after enabling ALL logging level in prgateway application, PegaRULES of all the nodes attached to load balancer) for the time duration when the issue occured when reopening the SR.
