I want to update my Primary Email

I want to update my Primary Email to my new Company Email Address. But I am unable to open that email account.PDN asks for verification OTP sent to that particular email account. Is there any other way

Hi @RohanS50

You can login with existing email id i.e personal email id and then click on below link

https://accounts.pega.com/profile and then right side you can share icon and 3 dots , just keep hover the mouse on 3 dots and then click on setting. you will see  new email address, you can add the your new email and the click on send verification.
