I can't log in with my free trial account

Hello, I'm trying to log in with my account and I can't. It says "Access denied" This request of information cannot be processed (Session state is invalid).

Thanks for posting on PSC. Can you take us through your use case please? I'm trying to understand where are you logging in.

Also, please confirm that you are trying to log in with your usual Pega credentials.
