I am getting Label too long issue when running the REST Integration Wizard

HI ,

I am getting Label too long ( more than 64 Character) issue when running the REST Integration Wizard. as described in following article

i am running in 7.1.9 . Is the HFix-29642 applicable for 7.1.9 ? if yes, how can i access the HFIX and download that ?
