Could you provide more details to this question? Which server is returning 403? What action caused this?

we are using Html custom code to call activity for that activity we are getting error : unauthored request.
as 8.5 onwards pega added pyBlockUnregisteredRequests we are facing the issue.

The HTTP 403 response status code indicates that the server understands the request but refuses to authorize it.
This status is similar to 401, but for the 403 status code, re-authenticating makes no difference. The access is tied to the application logic, such as insufficient rights to a resource.
