Could you try again and make sure that you're logged into the Community site? Maybe it was a login issue. Another user was able to download it yesterday that wasn't a Pega Employee.

Design file link was corrupted and has the older files in it currently. Awaiting a resolution. In the meantime, download the latest version below.
