HTTP Status 503 - PegaRULES server not available

We tried to restart our JVMs and when we tried to check if the servers are up and running, we saw this error mentioned: "Error 503: PegaRULES server not available".
 

initially, disk space was reached to 100% and cleared some old logs. now space is 34% available and restarted the JVM and getting this error while hitting the application.

 

Can someone suggest for resolutions?

Did you copy the database from another Pega instance and pointing this web node to the new db instance?

Issue resolved after taking full restart of all the jvms... still don't understand why this error occurred for single JVM node restart.
