how to use DSS inside a paragrapgh
hi All,
i have created a paragraph and there is a text which i stored in a DSS , how can i use this DSS in the paragraph, the way we use the property.?

i tried but it doesn't work
in the paragraph i give this: <a href="https://<%=tools.getSystemSettings().getDynamic("CapabilityPortal","NewLoadBalancer")%>>
but instead of displaying the content of the DSS , it displays the above statement on the screen
