How to take screenshot
I have requirement like whenever any case get resolved with any status like completed or error or anything, I have to take screenshot of that screen and attach the screenshot in mail body then send to some user.
Can we achieve this requirement using PEGA not RPA?
Please advice.

Configure a link such as ,On click of link to display the attachments, we need to configure the ViewAttachment action for click event. Like:
