How to take screenshot; "Screen Capture Feature was not loaded successfully"

Hi Praveen,

I have made the local change what they have mentioned in "https://pdn.pega.com/support-articles/screen-capture-feature-was-not-loaded-successfully".

Still am facing the issue as Screen Capture Feature was not loaded successfully.

Hi

What Pega version does this relate to and what browser are you trying this on?

The article you reference appears to relate to disabling the feature?  Is that your requirement?

Hi JonJames,

I tried on pega 7.3.0 version and on both browsers(IE and Chrome)

I need to take a screenshot on click of a link and attach to a Workobject.
