How to specify the right web browser when executing a web App

We have an robotics solution which opens several web apps. We want some of them to open in Chrome and some to open in Internet Explorer. How would you suggest that we do this?

When you add a "Web Application" to your project, it will use Internet Explorer. Add the "Universal Web Application" to use either Firefox or Chrome.
