when interrogation starts web Browser ,Interrogation automatically closes

When I use IE interrogation to capture the object on web page , it can't capture details opject .. only can capture the control by using pega v 8.0.1063.0 .
When I use Chrom interrogation to capture the object on web page , when interrogation starts web Browser ,Interrogation automatically closes also use pega v 8.0.1063.0.
Could anyone met this question before , and looking forward to your advice ~

I don't really understand what your issues are, however they do seem like environmental ones. I would suggest that you open a support request and have one of our support team members look at your issue. If you do, please report the SR number here.
If Chrome is not working, it generally means that the Extension has not been enabled. If there is a control you cannot get to using Internet Explorer, then you might want to look for it on the Web Controls tab in the adapter and you may find it there. You could then add it to your adapter and work with it from there.

Upon reviewing the associated Support Request, I see that you were advised to upgrade to the latest version. Did that resolve this for you?
