Upload the .svg icon as a binary file. Refer the .svg icon in the Image field of an icon Control.
Set the dimensions of the image to view it.

Hi suryakanta,
Adding to the godad comments, we have a option in the explorer panel.Go to records then technical then binary file.upload the picture as binary file and give the description and type of image.Then the image will be uploaded in pega.You can use that in the control as you want.
