how to send email to some operator through a case?
I have a stage ,if approve then send email to some operator,I configure in the send email screen,but the email can not send, and then I configure the email account , it still did not work .
please give me some advice,the case is urgent!

Hi
How did you configure the email. Can you test connectivity sender side and receiver side for the email you configured. If they are success, you can send an email if not configure the email id properly.

Could you please check if the ID of the created email account is work class or work pool class?
If the email account name is not with the case type class, it will try to send it with the default email account.
