How to Restrict Manager to Access Other Workgroup Work objects ?

We want to restrict manager to access other workgroup work objects. Manager should be able to access only his work objects and work objects of the users in his workgroup. Tried couple of priviliege (Perform)rules and access when (pxAssignedToMyWorkGroup) but didnt work.

Hi Rajasekhar,

 

Are you using same work queue for all your work groups?

If you are using different work queues for different work groups then, manager will only be having access to the work objects of the work queue for which he has access.

 

Could you please share the configuration of all the work groups.
