how to remove the circumstance
Hi,
I have defined a circumstance rule based on one property. now I would like to change to use another property. how can I remove the previous one?

Hi,
We can't change the circumstance property criteria after it is created.
We need to remove the existing circumstance version of rule first and then we can do Save As(specialize by circumstance) to define a new property.
Open the circumstance version of the rule as shown below.

are you saying remove all ruleset version that has the circumstance rule?
I tried delete and withdraw/skim, no use. it always say the original circumstance property is existed. can not change.

As shown in the screenshot, you need to open the Available, circumstanced version of the rule and delete.
What happens when you click delete button on the circumstanced version of the rule?

Hello,
You cannot change the circumstanced rule . So, please make sure to withdrawn that by saving the base version to the specialized circumstance property which you don't need . And then save the base version for another time and now you can do circumstance for your property.
