How to re queue the Service soap scheduled requests after breaching the Max attempts

Hi,

We are using service soap and to create the cases to external system .

There is an issue all the queue attempts are completed and the pyItemstatus is Scheduled. How can I re process the request. 

This the class to store the failed or success execution : System-Queue-ExecutionRequest-Service-Install

And pls let me know how to re process the XML.

Please provide any suggestions.
