Hi Ravi,

Have you explored the HTML rule " Web-TimeOut" ? Line number 90 has this " <input readonly id="txtUserID" type="text" name="UserIdentifier" value="<pega:reference name="pxRequestor.pxUserIdentifier" />" size="30" maxlength="128" />"

 

Also worth checking whether you can use pxSessionTimer in your portal . Check out this help item : https://community.pega.com/sites/default/files/help_v718/procomhelpmain.htm  and this SA article : http://community.pega.com/node/65856  for the usage of the pxSessionTimer
