“Authentication Timeout” on Access Group

So we implemented “Authentication Timeout” on Access Group.

So after a period of inactivity, the user is prompted to re-authenticate/sign-in.

The issue is that when signing back in, PEGA does not allow user back in.

So the user is getting locked out completely.

When we try in PEGA version 7.2.2 it seems to work fine.

But in PEGA version 7.4 is where we have this issue.

Any ideas will be greatly appreciated.

Authentication time out for user browser can be set at 2 different places
1.One in Advanced tab of users Accessgroup
2.In the Portal rule as specified in the below link

Try this pxSessionTimer instead ?
