Access group authentication exception
We do have3-4 application sharing same infrastructure but we are seeing issues only with one application called ELDT users getting authentication exception for other applications we do not have authentication value whereas we have 3600 seconds for ELDT application we are planning to remove this value from designer studio, do we need to make any other changes apart from these settings is this a good solution the issue which we have or do we need to make any changes to any of these

If the error is observed on the specific application users due to inactive sessions, then you can relate the problem with the authentication timeout value specified in the access group.
Also from the screenshot, I could see that you are using PRWebLDAP1 (custom auth service), if your Auth service's custom tab uses checkbox "Use PegaRULES Timeout" then it considers the above authentication value.
If you guys are not using pxSessionTimer (custom) and above checkbox is selected, then the access group is the only place you specify timeout values.
