How to open worklink without login to pega application
Hi All,
We have a requirement that we want to open a case on browser in PEGA without that user to login to pega.
Is this requirement possible with worklink, if no the what can be our alternative.
We dont want to use DWA.

The point you mentioned I am unable to find any such tab in the service level

You need to create an authentication service..
Like SSO, Anonymous is an authentication service type.
You would be able to create new Anonymous authentication service from Record -> Sys Admin -> Authentication service

Yes, You could make use of Anonymous authentication service type to achieve this requirement..
Without providing login details and without having operator id user would be able to access portal/cases..
