Hi Team,

I am sending one link to user through mail.

I have a requirement of login to pega and open case automatically on click of that link.

So I am using snap start URL method. It is working as expected. But I am able to see username and password in the url in the browser.

Is there any way to achieve this functionality by encrypting query string or Is there any way to achieve this functionality without passing credentials in the URL? 

Note: SSO won't help me because user will be out of the organization
