Also where did you get the name of this JS file? Where you see it as encrypted? In PRPC designer studio? Please send the screenshot.

Thanks for your response. The chatloader.js file is situated in the CHAT server we built to implement PegaCHAT. The chat window (where you can do the chat with CSR) is facilitated by the above js file from the CHAT server. At the moment it has some default blue colors and says (Powered by Pega) at the bottom. This JS file is not a part of the Pega rulebase but comes in the PegaCHAT package which we need to install separately. screenshot has been provided below

As per the PegaCHAT implementation guide there are predefined functions fireflyChatAPI.preChatQuestions & fireflyChatAPI.preChatAnswers which I need to change as per business requirement. I am not sure if that is possible. Hence need some assistance.
