How to obtain a hotfix catalog for Pega Platform release
Pega help says hotfix catalog can be downloaded from FTP site. But the provided link is not accessible.

That's odd, I was able to download now as well with same URL I provided.
Can you try through DS->System->Release->Hotfix Manager->Scan System->Check Online.
See if this works or not.

Tried in Chrome and able to download the catalog from the above link shared by Shubam.
