Where on system does the hotfix catalog upload to?

in hotfix manager when you select to upload a catalog.zip file where does the file get uploaded to and/or where is the location specified/configured?

@MallikarjunA5355 The screenshot you provided is very small and we cannot see the error.

Please could you provide the screen in an attached word document, and also please run the browser tracer in case this is a network issue.

@MarijeSchillernSorry for uploading small image. Please find the issue screenshot in word attached. 

Also sharing the tracer when i was doing this.

There should be some thing i need to update so that it will allow this Catalog to get uploaded i suppose.
